1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE APPLIES TO GLASS RIG/TUBE ONLY:
If your glass is damaged during shipment OR due to a blowing weakness, we will repair it without charge, or replace it with the same piece or if not available a piece of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified glass and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The glass eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner only, within the first year from the date of the order.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Pulse Glass Family® Warranty Department, 23535 Palomino Dr. STE #447, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.
All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. The Pulse Glass Family® cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages received.
California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean.
Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned and therefore unable to properly be repaired.
